NUDC’s qualified healthcare team are empathetic, professional and provide patient-focused care. We constantly stay up-to-date with the global standard practice of diagnostic facilities around the world, and through our training partner Quality First, we ensure that we are compliant to COHSASA (The Council for Health Service Accreditation of Southern Africa) and ISO 15189 standards as we work towards getting the accreditation of both COHSASA and ISO 15189.
Through regular training, we are able to easily identify gaps in system quality, and implement control measures to ensure continuous improvement in the system. NUDC’s robust quality system helps the center achieve timely, reliable and accurate results as well as the ability to offer excellent customer service - with an eye on continuous improvement and development of the facility.

All machines are maintained by the manufacturers’ engineering team and patient results are automatically transmitted through the Laboratory Information Management System to limit transcription errors.
