Professor Abdurahman Abba Sheshe, a Consultant Surgeon and a fellow of the National Postgraduates College of Surgeons was born on the 27th of March 1965 at Sheshe Quarters in Kano Municipal Local Government. He joined the school of Basic Studies, Ahmadu Bello University Zaria for IJMB in 1984/85 and later get admitted into the faculty of Medicine, Bayero University Kano for his Pre-clinical studies in 1986 and later moved to University of Ilorin in 1988 for his clinical and graduated with MBBS in 1991.
Prof Sheshe was the Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee (Director, Clinical Services Training and Research) Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, Kano from 2015 until his appointment on 17th December 2019 as the Chief Medical Director of Aminu Kano Teching Hospital, Kano.
