Umar Jika joined NKDC as its General Manager on the 11th January 2021.
He is a professionally trained banker and a strategic planner with experience spanning over two decades. He had worked in both GTBank and Keystone Bank early in his career.
He served as a Technical Assistant to the Honourable Minister of FCT and had also previously worked at Ahmed Bawa and Co. (Chartered Accountants) as Lead Consultant in Capacity Building.
Mr Jika is a member of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria.
He studied Economics at Bayero University Kano. He obtained his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and M.Sc. Economics from Modibbo Adama University of Technology, Yola.
