Engr. Ndukaku Okoronkwo is an accomplished project management professional with experience in project finance, and infrastructure risk management spanning nearly two decades of practice. He is currently a Senior Vice-President at the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA) and also serves as the Managing Director of the NSIA Engineering Management Company Ltd.
At the NSIA he is leading the development programme of key infrastructure projects covering roads, power, healthcare and other sectors. He is the lead portfolio manager on the Presidential Infrastructure Development Fund (PIDF), a fund set up to fast track the execution of critical and strategic infrastructure projects of national priority in Nigeria including the Second Niger Bridge, the Abuja-Kano Road, the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway and the Mambila Hydropower project.

Prior to joining the NSIA, Nduka has worked for some of the world’s leading infrastructure development, construction and management companies and consultancies including Bechtel Ltd, UK, Roughton International amongst others and held senior management positions where he applied his expertise to large-scale engineering projects.
He holds a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Kosice, Slovak Republic. He is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (MNSE), Member of the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN), graduate Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) UK.
