Abdallah Kotkat is a radiation oncology medical physicist and Radiation Protection Officer (RPO) with eleven years of clinical experience in radiation oncology, and seven years of experience in nuclear medicine for Tanta University Hospitals, Egypt.

With strong knowledge and understanding of radiotherapy advanced techniques treatment planning 2D, 3D, IMRT, RapidArc®, SBRT, SRS and linear accelerator calibration. He has a background in “Eclipse” treatment planning system & ARIA; VARIAN medical system.

He graduated from the faculty of science, physics department, Tanta University, Egypt. He received his diploma in Radiation Physics from the Faculty of Science, Alexandria University, Egypt. He is a MSc candidate at the Medical Research Institute Alexandria University for medical biophysics in Egypt. He received a professional license in Radiation Protection from the Egyptian Nuclear & Radiological Regulatory Authority. He holds various professional certificates from VARIAN Medical System and PTW Corporation.
