Ezinwa Okoroafor is a legal practitioner with over 30 years’ multifaceted post-call experience. She presently serves as General Counsel and Secretary at the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA).
Ezinwa graduated from the University of Nigeria with an LLB (Hons) degree in 1985 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986. She holds a Master’s degree in Law (1989) from the University of Lagos. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the International Bar Association; and a Life Member of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA). She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK, Nigeria Branch as well as the Institute of Directors Nigeria. In addition, she is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Nigeria.
She is currently a Council Member of the NBA Section on Legal Practice and the International Project Finance Association (West Africa). Ezinwa serves on the board of several companies and institutions in within and outside Nigeria.
